It took a little while to hear back, but they did reply in the end. I think other customers might appreciate knowing that the response wasn’t instant, but they didn’t just ignore me either.

It came packed really neat and clean. I wasn’t not impressed, honestly, the packaging looked nicer than I expected

I’ve been using it for a little while now, it’s been comfy all round. From the first day, it felt good, and after spending more time with it over the past few weeks, I’m still just as happy with it. No complaints so far.

Wore this for a full 18 holes and it actually breathed really well. I never got that sticky, trapped-in-my-shirt feeling, even when it warmed up. Overall, happy with it.

I’ve been wearing my Primo polos pretty much all summer, and they’ve held up way better than I expected. After a bunch of washes, they still look nice, with no loose threads or fading that I can see. For a everyday polo, I’m happy with them.

It took over two weeks to show up, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was just left guessing. For the price, I really expected a smoother and faster delivery. Not a terrible experience, but something simple like shipping shouldn’t feel this difficult. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I had plenty of time to wait.

The shirt looked good when I first got it, but for the price I expected more. The material is fine, just nothing special, and I’ve bought cheaper golf shirts that felt about the same. What annoyed me most is feeling like I now have to go through the extra work of comparing prices, checking quality, and maybe returning it when I thought I was paying for something better. It’s not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless the price came down.

I washed these shirts and they came out barely wrinkled, which makes me think they’re just good at not wrinkling in general. I even shoved one in my bag for a while and it still looked fine enough to wear

I really like how the Primo shirts look and fit, at least when they’re fresh out of the package. The polos felt nice and looked sharp, so I was happy at first. But after a couple washes, one of them seemed a little smaller, and the collar just didn’t sit quite right anymore. Maybe I’m being picky, but I definitely noticed it.

I washed them cold and dried on low like the tag said, so I don’t really know what I should’ve done differently. Part of me wonders if I messed something up somehow, but I was careful. They’re still wearable, just not holding up the way I expected for the price. I’d probably give them 3 stars.

The package got to me on the day it said it would, which somehow made the whole thing feel better, even though I know that’s just shipping and not really the shirts’ fault either way. No random delays, no missing info, and the box was packed fine when it showed up.
It was just a simple, easy order, and sometimes that’s enough for me to think a company has it together. I’d order from them again.
